Primary and Middle School Educators

This workshop is aimed at educators new to or requiring an introductory understanding of the goals, terminology and opportunities to be found within the Technologies Curriculum. Educators will be encouraged to get hands-on with numerous tech toolsets aimed at developing tech-confidence and providing practical ideas to try within their own teaching contexts.

F – 2 Classrooms
Unpack the specific curriculum requirements to be found within Technologies KLA for the Early Years (F-2). Participate in a hands-on workshop experiencing aspects of digital and systems thinking as well as opportunities to connect with other curriculum areas including Literacy, Mathematics and the Arts.

Primary and Middle School Educators
In this workshop participants will be guided through the design process and create prototypes using littleBits modular electronics.

Primary and Middle School Educators
In this hands-on workshop, participants will utilise animation and editing software while exploring the topic of robotics in society.
