SVSP provides ACU student veterans, who are current or former military personnel, with access to a range of support services and academic resources to help ease the transition into uni life. From the big exam to balancing your studies, we’ll be in your corner every step of the way. This includes access to priority class allocation and administrative support.
Learn moreThe Veterans Entry Program (VEP) is a direct entry pathway into higher education at Australian Catholic University. The VEP recognises your service in the Army, Navy or Air-Force. Your service is then assessed and converted into an Entry Rank, similar to an ATAR. Once this entry rank has been identified it is matched to the requirements of the course you are interested in and an offer is made based on this outcome. The VEP increases your accessibility to higher education.
Learn moreTransitioning to university is hard and ACU recognises the unique challenges faced by student veterans. VTP supports you to successfully transition into higher education. Workshops, lectures and tutorials equip student veterans with key academic skills and foster a better understanding of what to expect during the first year of higher education.
Learn moreIf you have completed training within the ADF then you may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning. ACU is committed to supporting current and former ADF personnel access and transition into higher education.
Learn moreThis program is designed to help veterans manage injuries incurred during military service and improve general fitness and health.
