The Senior Executive Group (SEG) is the peak senior strategic forum of Australian Catholic University (ACU). The SEG meets to discuss University-wide strategic planning. It provides an opportunity for the Vice-Chancellor to brief the senior executive staff of the University on current and emerging strategic matters.
This is also a forum for discussion on the performance of the University. SEG will advise on matters relating to the University’s direction and consider items of strategic importance conveyed by its members.
The SEG is chaired by the Vice-Chancellor of the University and meets regularly throughout the year in North Sydney.
