Dominic Cudmore is a lawyer with extensive experience in government and private sectors. Dominic works in advising the NFP/charitable sectors in all aspects of their operations.
From 2009 to 2011 Dominic undertook higher studies at the Institut d'études théologiques (IET) in Brussels, Belgium, the Society of Jesus’ Studium for francophone Belgium and Luxembourg.
Dominic's areas of expertise embrace NFP and charities law, NFP tax arrangements, employment law, human rights, child protection, cy près schemes, professional standards, NFP mergers and acquisitions, training, facilitation and mediation.
