Cancellation Policy – International Council of Education for Teaching World Assembly 2026 – Tuesday 7 – Thursday 9 July 2026

By purchasing this ticket, you understand that this is an approved university activity and agree to comply with all relevant Australian Catholic University (ACU) statutes, regulations policies and procedures.

Payment 

All ACU staff must pay via internal journal transfer. All other individuals to pay via credit card using ACU’s nominated payments platform. 

Cancellation and Refund 

Up to two weeks prior to the event (6.30pm AEST on Tuesday 23 June 2026) ACU may, at its complete discretion, issue a refund for your ticket price provided that you request it. To request a refund, send an email to icet2026@acu.edu.au. In the event that the event is cancelled by ACU, a full refund will be issued. 

ACU will not provide a refund for tickets where that refund is requested with less than two weeks remaining until the date of the event (6.30pm AEST on Tuesday 23 June 2026). ACU may, at its complete discretion, allow you to transfer the ticket to another person. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to find another guest to use the ticket and inform ACU (via email: icet2026@acu.edu.au) of the details of the new ticket holder. ACU reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who has not been registered for the event. 

Consent to Photography 

By attending this event, I acknowledge and consent to photographs and video being taken of me whilst attending the event. By attending you consent to the use, free of charge, of your name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in marketing and promotional materials in any media at any time by ACU or its nominee. If I no longer wish ACU to utilise photographs or video footage, I will make this request in writing to ACU Events at icet2026@acu.edu.au and ACU will adhere where possible and reasonable. 

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that ACU will use your personal information in its general business and marketing purposes and in relation to ACU's administration of the event. This includes providing you with event-related information via post, email or phone. Your personal information will be used in compliance with ACU’s Privacy Policy.
