Executive leadership programs

Our executive leadership programs are created for experienced professionals who recognise the value and importance of effective leadership.

They are designed for people who believe in more than just maximising profits. You’ll be challenged to consider how contemporary business models can embrace ethical values and sustainable profit growth, and how these apparently competing ambitions are, in fact, intertwined and interdependent.

We are in the midst of a significant shift in how we live and work. Be prepared for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead with an executive leadership course.

Understand and reflect on the nature and practice of ethical leadership, particularly in creating socially responsible organisations that emphasise commitment to the common good.

Factors such as globalisation, a leadership context of increasing volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity amid changing social values, technological advances and calls for enhancing sustainability all contribute to the challenges facing current leadership.

Increasingly, effective leadership involves making ethics, purpose, values and social responsibility integral components of sound business and organisational functioning, which then results in sustainable and high performance in organisations themselves as well as benefiting the planet and its inhabitants.

The Ministry Leadership Program (MLP) gives executive leaders the knowledge, skills and resources to better understand, integrate and live out the distinctive mission, identity and ethos of a Catholic organisation. The program builds a ‘community of senior leaders’ enabling those with the greatest impact-capacity to collaborate in cultivating a mission-driven culture.

This course is highly practical in orientation. Participants are equipped and supported to directly apply acquired knowledge to the issues, concerns and challenges experienced in their leadership role. This specific focus on practical, observable knowledge integration is central to ongoing leader growth and development, while simultaneously contributing to organisational growth in Catholic ethos and mission.
