Student Veterans are required to:

  • Maintain up to date documentation that may be required for entry into the Student Veterans’ Support Program and the Student Veterans’ Association.
  • Behave in a manner that is inclusive of all Student Veterans.
  • Notify Lecturers in Charge (LIC’s) and the Student Veteran Coordinators at the beginning of the semester, of any expected service commitments that will require time away from university.
  • Respond to communications from the Student Veteran Coordinators.

Student Veterans are encouraged to:

  • Represent ACU Engagement in supporting events and activities on campus.
  • Become members of the ACU Student Veterans’ Association.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
  • Participate in and promote ACU’s Student Veteran Support Program when possible.

As a member of the Student Veterans’ Support Program, I agree to the following conditions:

  • I will provide ACU Engagement with current, accurate information and supporting documentation
  • I will not abuse the support and privileges provided to me as a Student Veteran.
  • I will notify ACU Engagement if any of my details as a student or a Veteran change.

NOTE: Failure to comply with the conditions laid out in this agreement may result in invalidation of your Student Veteran status at ACU.
