ACU Industry Top-Up Scholarships provide current PhD candidates who receive an ACU or RTP Stipend Scholarship with a funding top-up from an industry partner to support their research.

Benefits

Successful applicants will be awarded a scholarship package consisting of:

  • AUD $10,000 - $15,000 per annum stipend top-up scholarship to support living expenses for the duration specified in the scholarship agreement.
  • At least 60 full-time equivalent days of engagement with the industry partner.

*2025 rates, indexed annually.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, applicants must:

  • Be a current Higher Degree Research candidate at ACU.
  • Be a current recipient of either an ACU or RTP Stipend Scholarship.
  • Meet the eligibility criteria for research scholarships found in the ACU Research Training Program Scholarship Policy.

Arrangements for an ACU Industry Top-Up Scholarship should be made with your Principal Supervisor.
