To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites at year 12 level, or equivalent.

Prerequisites: English (Units 3 & 4, C)

Recommended studies: one of General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Health or Physical Education (Units 3 & 4, C)

VIC

Prerequisites: Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.

Completion requirements

To qualify for the Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, a student must complete:

  1. 240 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
  2. 170 cp from Specified units (Part A);
  3. 20 cp from Professional Experience (Part B);
  4. 10 cp from a Community Engagement unit (Part C);
  5. 20 cp from Core Curriculum units (Part D);
  6. 20 cp from Electives (Part E).

Progression requirements

Students are required to follow the pattern of unit enrolment set out in the relevant Course Enrolment Guide, unless otherwise approved by the Course Coordinator.

In all aspects of progress through the course, students will be advised by the Course Coordinator.
