Gender-based violence is never okay. All students, staff and visitors have the right to feel safe and respected at ACU, and we will not tolerate any forms of gender-based violence or harmful behaviour.
If you have experienced or witnessed any type of gender-based violence at ACU, or been made to feel uncomfortable, frightened, intimidated or threatened, we're here to help, regardless of where and when this happened.
We offer a range of free and confidential support services, from counselling to medical help to impartial advice on the university's reporting process.
If you are unable to find a service right for you, please email the ACU Safeguarding and Student Safety Team at respectandsafety@acu.edu.au or speak to your local ACU Safety Support Officer.
ACU is committed to ensuring confidentiality and will not disclose any personal information unless required by law.
