What is compassion? And is it good for everyone all the time?

In a busy, competitive and commercially focused world, many people may be uncertain or afraid of compassion. It may trigger concerns that being soft or vulnerable are signs of weakness.

There is, however, a growing body of evidence that suggests treating ourselves, and others, with more compassion, kindness, respect and support may lead to a variety of psychosocial benefits.

Join us for this Aquero Series Lecture, where our panel will explore cutting-edge research and the clinical application of compassion, both for ourselves and others.
