Nathan has worked with the tech sector’s most enduring global brand, IBM Watson, as well as the creative disruptor Adobe. He is now pushing the boundaries of CX with Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Sales Force.

Nathan has designed, created and delivered hyper-personalised experiences for education, tourism, hospitality, elite and world champion athletes, fashion icons, and several startups.

Currently he’s asking the question, ‘Can AI driven storytelling help give people the information they need, when they need it, to take the right actions, solve problems that matter and design experiences to be better for all?’
