Presenter biography: Nathan Musson
Nathan Musson, founder of eMoo Media, is a designer, creator and maker.
Starting in high-end retail and design – Nathan discovered his passion for customer experience (CX). With 20 years’ experience in design, eCommerce, communications, media and entertainment, he has founded three startups and advises and mentors many more.
Nathan has worked with the tech sector’s most enduring global brand, IBM Watson, as well as the creative disruptor Adobe. He is now pushing the boundaries of CX with Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Sales Force.
Nathan has designed, created and delivered hyper-personalised experiences for education, tourism, hospitality, elite and world champion athletes, fashion icons, and several startups.
Currently he’s asking the question, ‘Can AI driven storytelling help give people the information they need, when they need it, to take the right actions, solve problems that matter and design experiences to be better for all?’
