The key to a start-up’s survival is launching your first innovative product or service in a timely manner. Despite the significant investment in research and development (R and D) projects as well as screening and developing new value offerings, statistics show ongoing high failure rates among start-ups. This underlines the need for more adroit management of new product and service development processes.
