This is an opportunity to engage with a diverse range of people seeking assistance and support. Whilst the calls and process are relatively simple, the callers can often be in distress, emotional and experiencing significant difficulties such as homelessness, food insecurity, domestic violence or similar issues. Callers would benefit from talking with non-judgemental people with high levels of compassion and empathy.

The Role

A key requirement of this position is the ability to liaise with members of the public, warehouse and distribution staff and St Vincent de Paul Society QLD volunteer members to facilitate the timely and efficient, delivery of services in accordance with our mission and philosophy.
