Didn’t get the score you needed? Successful completion of a pathway course can help you gain entry into your chosen ACU degree.
ACU has a number of adjustment factors available to eligible applicants. Adjustment factors are added to your ATAR/OP/rank to give you a new adjusted entry score.
ACU Special Admissions Program
This program allows school principals to recommend students who they believe to be capable of completing the specified tertiary degree, despite not receiving an ATAR or a limited ATAR, as a result of extenuating circumstances.

Schools Recommendation Scheme
The Schools Recommendation Scheme (SRS) offers early entry to domestic school leavers currently completing an Australian year 12 or International Baccalaureate qualification in Australia.

The Elite Athlete and Performer Program has been designed to support students in maintaining sporting and performance excellence while undertaking university studies.
Passion for Business - Early Entry Program
If you’re currently in Year 12 and studying a business-related subject, ACU’s Passion for Business (P4B) program offers students an early competitive edge.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Special Entry Scheme
If you are an Indigenous Australian and apply for entry to an undergraduate program at ACU, you may be given special entry based on your potential to succeed in the relevant course.
