You will study a rich liberal arts degree with some of the brightest students and scholars in Australia. We are committed to a personal learning approach, and the 14 core units will be delivered in small seminars of around 10 students, allowing in-depth, guided discussion.

Applicants for this course will be exceptional and high-achieving students who are interested in developing a broad understanding of western literature, philosophy, art, politics, religion, science and history, and a deep appreciation of the ways in which these traditions (in dialogue with other cultures) have helped to shape the modern world.

Yes, you can defer for up to one year. However, any scholarship offers associated with the degree cannot be deferred.

Yes, this degree can be studied part-time. However, you must be enrolled to study full-time if you wish to receive the Ramsay scholarship.
