Governance Committee meeting templates

The Governance Directorate maintains a suite of templates for use by ACU’s senior governance committees. These templates are mandated for use by the following committees:

• Senate
• Audit and Risk Committee
• Finance and Resources Committee
• Honorary Awards Committee
• Senate Standing Committee
• Academic Board
• Courses and Academic Quality Committee
• Internationalisation Committee
• Student Administrative Lifecycle and Policy Committee
• State Chapters
• University Learning and Teaching Committee
• University Research Committee

Support staff for other committees may wish to adopt these templates for their own use and are welcome to contact the Governance Directorate (governance@acu.edu.au) for assistance in adapting these templates for specific needs.

Note that any papers submitted to any of the committees above must either be provided on the Cover Paper & Submission Template or include this template as a cover paper summarising the key points, accompanied by the body of the report as a separate document.
