Celebrating outstanding student achievement across FLB’s flagship industry projects

The Faculty of Law and Business is proud to celebrate the exceptional accomplishments of our students whose talent, dedication and professionalism have been recognised across three major industry-partnered initiatives.

At a special celebration event Professor Alison Parkes, FLB's Acting Executive Dean, presented trophies to winners of two Medibank-supported projects and one Microsoft certification project, all of which provided students with transformative, real-world learning experiences.

• Jorj Hammond received the Prodigy Learning Trophy and ACU-FLB Trophy for representing ACU and Australia in the Global Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) World Championship, achieving an outstanding fourth place globally in the competition.
• Lauren Paddick-Croft accepted the FLB-ACU Trophy on behalf of her team for their award-winning contribution to the Medibank Loneliness and Social Isolation Project, which challenged students to design meaningful interventions to support community wellbeing.
• Ana Rogel received the FLB-ACU Trophy on behalf of her team for winning the Medibank Strategic Management Project, recognising their innovative and industry-informed strategic solutions.

These projects reflect the faculty’s commitment to preparing students for the future of work through authentic, socially impactful and industry-connected learning opportunities.
