You will need to complete the below transfer request form if you are currently enrolled in of the following courses and intend to transfer into your desired Initial Teacher Education degree in Semester 1, 2021:

  • Diploma of Educational Studies (Tertiary Preparation)
  • Bachelor of Educational Studies
  • Undergraduate Certificate in Education
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (B-5)

Students currently enrolled in the Associate Degree in Inclusive Education and Disability Services and intending to transfer into the Bachelor of Inclusive Education in Semester 1, 2021 should also use this form.  You will not need to supply a Teacher Selector Statement as this is not an ITE degree.

Please note that you will need to meet the entry requirements for your desired teaching degree in order to successfully transfer. If you do not meet the requirements you will need to continue studying under your current course.
