To qualify for the degree, a student must complete 240 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
Pathway A - For the Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science without a major a student must complete:
- 150 cp from Specified Units - List A (Part A);
- 20 cp from Professional Experience Units including EXSC206 Professional Experience Preparation (0 cp) (Part C);
- 10 cp from a Community Engagement Unit (Part D);
- 20 cp from Core Curriculum Units (Part E);
- 40 cp from Elective Units (Part G).
Pathway B - For the Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science with a Sports Performance or Exercise Rehabilitation Major, a student must complete:
- 110 cp from Specified Units - List B (Part B);
- 20 cp from Professional Experience Units including EXSC206 Professional Experience Preparation (0 cp) (Part C);
- 10 cp from a Community Engagement Unit (Part D);
- 20 cp from Core Curriculum Units (Part E);
- 80 cp from Sports Performance Major or Exercise Rehabilitation Major (Part F).
Exit points
A student who has successfully completed 70 credit points of 100-level units from the Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and an additional 10 credit points from any other unit in the program may exit with a Diploma in Exercise Science.
