The Clinic offers both in-person and online intervention services for individuals of all ages. Intervention can focus on a range of presentations and needs, including:

  • Parenting support and strengthening connections
  • Developing self-awareness of emotions and experiences
  • Developing self-awareness of thinking processes and experiences
  • Understanding interpersonal relationships and navigating social connections
  • Building healthy coping strategies
  • Developing acceptance and compassion after being identified as neurodivergent
  • Living life authentically and according to one's values

Our Interns are developing their skills in providing person centred therapy, drawing on a range of evidenced based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, psychoeducation and emotion focused parenting.

Waiting Times

Our current Interns are finishing with their existing client allocation as they near the end of their clinical placement experience. The new intake of Interns will begin their placement in the middle of July, 2025. Therefore, current waiting time for intervention is approximately 8 - 12 weeks and dependent on Intern case load.
