“Volunteering with Parramatta Mission through the Meals Plus program and assisting at the playgroup has been a deeply rewarding experience. Serving food to the homeless provided a firsthand understanding of the struggles faced by vulnerable individuals in the community. Through Meals Plus, I learned the importance of empathy, patience, and building connections through small acts of kindness. The genuine gratitude from those I served made me appreciate the impact of a supportive community in fostering a sense of belonging and dignity.”
