Navigating ACU as a Non-School Leaver

In this session you’ll learn about the application process, fees, scholarships and enrolment. You'll also hear from current non-school-leaver students, including a first-time student, a career changer, and a First Nations student.

Getting uni-ready

In this session you’ll gain an understanding of our approach to supporting first year students with ACU Thrive, as well as an inside look at ACU's online learning system Canvas. You’ll also learn proven strategies for managing your time, so you can balance your study and life commitments, and excel at university and beyond.

Building your academic foundation

This session covers the academic skills you need to thrive at uni. You’ll learn the basics of essay writing, referencing, and using support services to help you to succeed in your studies.
