A passion for business

If you’re a Year 12 student studying business-related subjects, you can apply for our Passion for Business (P4B) entry program. If you're accepted, you'll get guaranteed entry into your chosen business or commerce course, along with access to mentoring, seminars, workshops, industry links, and professional development opportunities.

Build your leadership potential

Get work experience

Getting practical experience in a workplace is a big part of studying business at ACU. Our community engagement unit will give you first-hand experience in a not-for-profit organisation, ensuring that you’ll develop your skills at the same time as you help to create social change and benefit communities. You’ll also get to do a professional experience internship with one of our industry partners.

Professional recognition

Our business courses are recognised and accredited by the major professional bodies, including international EPAS Accreditation, Australian OHS Education Accreditation Board, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia, the Institute of Public Accountants, the Financial Planning Education Council, and the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Nathan Lansakara

Accounting and finance graduate

“My time at ACU has given me so many positive memories. What resonates with me the most is the opportunities I’ve had to complete components of my degree overseas. I felt privileged to volunteer in Vietnam teaching English to young seminarians. I also studied overseas through the Paris Outbound Program. Nothing compares to studying in a different country surrounded by new experiences.”
