Dr. Eli Cohn is a dedicated educator, researcher, and university tutor in the field of special and inclusive education. With a strong foundation in both practice and theory, Dr. Cohn holds a master’s degree in Learning Intervention and a PhD with a research focus on psycholinguistics, communication disability, and special and inclusive education.

Drawing on extensive experience as a special and inclusive education teacher, Dr. Cohn has worked directly with children and young people with diverse learning needs in both mainstream and specialist school settings. His applied practice is grounded in best practice approaches that promote accessibility, equity, and participation for all learners.

Dr. Cohn’s research explores the intersection of language, disability, neurodiversity, and inclusive practice, with the goal of influencing policy and enhancing support systems for learners.

Passionate about social justice and educational equity, Dr. Cohn is committed to creative inclusive learning environments and advancing systematic change that benefits all learners.
