Privacy Collection Notice

ACU manages your personal information in accordance with ACU's Privacy Policy the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other laws as applicable. The personal information you provide in this form will be used for the purpose of ACU's Co-Lab assessing and administering your LaunchVic application, and delivering the program to you if your application is successful. Providing this information is not required by law. However, if you do not disclose, you may be unable to participate in the program. Some information is optional. ACU will disclose your information to LaunchVic for reporting purposes, but will not disclose to other third parties without your consent or unless authorised by law. You can choose to participate in program promotion by ACU and LaunchVic. ACU will store your information in Australia for 7 years. LaunchVic's privacy policy applies to information it retains about you.
