This teaching area prepares preservice teachers to promote students’ physical, social and emotional wellbeing through health and physical education. It focuses on curriculum and pedagogical approaches that support active, healthy lifestyles, respectful relationships, and informed decision-making. Graduates will be equipped to design and deliver inclusive PDHPE programs that foster student wellbeing and engagement across school contexts.
