The Accounting Teaching Area focuses on developing students’ understanding of how financial information is created, interpreted, and used in real organisations. We teach the core principles of accounting, from recording transactions to analysing financial statements, and help students build the practical skills needed for professional practice. Our subjects emphasise accuracy, ethical decision‑making, and real‑world application, preparing learners for careers in business, finance, and beyond
