Admission requirements
An applicant must also comply with the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy.
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites at year 12 level, or equivalent:

Completion requirements
To qualify for the double degree, a student must complete 400 cp consisting of:
- 160 cp selected in accordance with the requirements for the Bachelor of Business, consisting of:
(a) 50cp from Bachelor of Business Specified Units (Part A.1)
(b) 80cp from One Business Major (Part A.2)
(c) 10 cp from Business Elective unit or BIPX202 Community Engagement: Building Strengths and Capabilities (Part B)
(d) 20 cp of Core Curriculum Units (Part C)
2. 240 cp selected in accordance with the requirements for the Bachelor of Laws, consisting of:
(a) 180 cp from Law Specified Units (Part D)
(b) 50 cp from Law Elective Units (Part E); and
(c) 10 cp Community Legal Engagement: Pro Bono Unit (Part F)
To qualify for the degree, a student must also complete at least 80 hours of 0cp pro bono placement after completion of LAWS213 Community Legal Engagement: Pro Bono.
Exit points
Students who have met the requirements of the Bachelor of Business or Diploma in Business can exit with that award.
Progression requirements
Students normally complete a unit or units at an introductory level (100-level) before undertaking advanced level units (200, 300, 400 level) in that sequence. Students are required to follow the pattern of unit enrolment set out in the relevant Course Enrolment Guide, unless otherwise approved by the Course Adviser. In all aspects of progression through this course, students will be advised by the Course Adviser.
