Student centred learning and research under the supervision of nominated staff.Unit rationale, description and aim
The research thesis permits students to undertake and report on research they have undertaken under the supervision of a principal and co-supervisor appointed by the School Committee. The research topic must offer sufficient scope to enable application of advanced reasoning skills within the context of the professionally orientated discipline and produce sufficient results to permit the submission of an acceptable thesis. The thesis will normally be up to a maximum of 50,000 words in length.
