The Cybersecurity minor is designed to give students a solid understanding of the fundamentals of cybersecurity and its importance. Students then will be able to identify and protect against common cyber threats, implement basic security practices to safeguard digital assets and ultimately develop a foundational knowledge of cybersecurity tools and strategies.

Completion requirements

A student must complete 40 cp of the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:

a. 10 cp from 100-level Specified unit (Part A)

b. 30cp from 200- and/or 300-level units (Part B)
