Completion requirements

To qualify for the Sports Performance Major, a student must complete:

  1. 80 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
  • 80cp from Specified Sports Performance units (Part A)

Complete exactly 80 credit points from the following:

  • EXSC233Exercise Assessment and Conditioning for Health and Performance10 CP
  • EXSC310Strength and Conditioning: Fundamentals of Athlete Preparation10 CP
  • EXSC321Biomechanics10 CP
  • EXSC322Exercise Physiology: Adaptation to Exercise and the Environment10 CP
  • EXSC336Sports Technology10 CP
  • EXSC349Psychology of Sport Performance10 CP
  • EXSC396Strength and Conditioning: Prescription for Athletic Performance10 CP
