Theological Genealogies of Modernity

Researchers from the Institute for Religion and Critical Inquiry's Religion and Theology program will present at the conference "Theological Genealogies of Modernity," which is jointly sponsored by ACU and the University of Oxford. Dr Darren Sarisky (ACU) is organising the event together with Dr Pui-Him Ip of the University of Cambridge. Dr Jonathan Teubner (ACU) will present at the conference. The online conference will take place 8-11 July 2021. The purpose of the event is to assess narratives about the formation of modern Western culture and theology's role in this process.
