ACU has recently partnered with Cobram Estate, to support the launch of the Australian first, Graduate Certificate in Culinary Nutrition Science and micro-credentials.
Cobram Estate has generously supported several scholarships and will work with the recipients to promote culinary nutrition throughout social networks, along with ACU academics on other joint education events.
Cobram Estate’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil range has won international awards for quality.
This partnership will also include use of the Cobram range in the culinary nutrition practicals and guest lectures by Cobram’s chief olive oil maker on the production, culinary and sensory science of extra virgin olive oil.
This partnership aims to promote culinary nutrition as an innovative and emerging interprofessional practise area for professionals including dieticians, chefs, teachers, GPs and other health professionals to solve real-world nutrition and health problems.
