Same-sex marriage in Canada and religious liberty

Fr Raymond de Souza visited Melbourne as a speaker in the 'Protecting Rights, Protecting People: Dignitatis Humanae and Religious Freedom' conference held by the PM Glynn Institute. In an interview conducted by Mr Shane Healy of Melbourne Catholic he discusses same-sex marriage in Canada and the implications for religious liberty.

Fr de Souza is the chaplain at Newman House at Queen's University in Ontario and the Pastor of the Sacred Heart of Mary Parish in Ontario. He is also a Senior Fellow at Cardus, a think tank dedicated to the renewal of North American social architecture.
