Rebecca is driven to build and foster psychologically safe workplaces, supporting staff and leaders with a trauma informed approach to achieve growth in both performance and wellbeing. Her experiences in leading crisis responses in the fields of Child Protection and Occupational Violence have contributed to her deep understanding of the challenges faced by leaders and staff who work in frontline roles.
Rebecca is a passionate leader and coach. She believes that the most important investment an organisation can make is in its people and culture.
