Terms and conditions

1. You have checked whether you can practice as an immuniser against legislative requirements for your Health Profession and in your State/ Territory.
2. Your enrolment in the course is not confirmed until full payment of course fees is made. Your name will remain on the course waitlist until payment is received. Refund policy is detailed on page 3 of the course prospectus
3. All short courses at ACU are subject to minimum enrolments and may be cancelled at short notice if insufficient enrolments are received. If we cancel your course you will be notified and offered your choice of transferring to a future course date or a refund of your fees in full.
4. You must complete the course within the prescribed 16 week timeframe

Collection of personal information

ACU manages your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in line with our privacy obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and, where applicable, global privacy regulations. The personal information you provide will be used by ACU to enrol you in, and administer, the NIEPHP program. We will not disclose personal information about you to anybody else, unless you have given consent, or we are authorised or required to do so by law. Providing us with the requested information is not required by law. If you choose not to provide your personal information, we will be unable to enrol you in the NIEPHP program.
