Associate Professor Tim Moore

Interim Associate Dean, Partnerships

Interim Associate Dean of Partnerships, Associate Professor Tim Moore, is the Deputy Director at the Institute of Child Protection Studies. He is widely recognised as an international expert in child and youth research and children's rights advocacy. With over two decades of experience, his research has addressed critical issues such as homelessness, youth justice, child protection, residential care, young carers, and child sexual abuse prevention. Tim brings extensive expertise in applied research, codesigned programs, workforce development, and system reform. He is also highly regarded for his relational leadership and his ability to guide teams and partners through complex projects with confidence.


Jessica Piesse

Partnerships Operations Manager

Jessica Piesse is an engagement and partnerships specialist with more than 10 years' experience working with leadership in the national and international higher education and commercial sectors. She leads and supports the development of impactful partnerships, product pathways and high-return commercialisation opportunities in research, teaching and learning. Jessica brings together education, government, research and industry to codevelop initiatives with high impact. She champions the growth of partnerships, research and high-quality education access through her acumen for business development and innovation, and deep knowledge of higher education markets and applied research.

Rashelle McHugh is a skilled communicator with extensive experience in marketing, partner engagement and content development across the higher education sector and arts industries. With a rich background in media relations, she offers fresh insights, fostering creative solutions and forging collaborations to amplify communication and connections to drive business growth.


Amelia Kett

Administrative Officer

Amelia Kett is an adaptable professional with a diverse range of experience in administration, project management, governance and executive support across Australia and the United Kingdom within private and public sectors. This has included providing support for a wide range of complex projects involving a high-level of stakeholder engagement and collaboration. Amelia brings this experience to her approach in providing operational support for the Learning and Leadership Enterprise.
