Developed and led by final-year ACU Master of Dietetic Practice students, the conference is both a showcase of student growth as emerging practitioners and a celebration of their achievements over the past two years.

This student-led conference features:

• Keynote speakers from a range of dietetic sub-disciplines;
• Hands-on workshops and student-led symposiums exploring innovative and niche areas of practice;
• Case presentations that reflect the real-world challenges and insights of emerging dietitians;
• Industry activations and brand demonstrations from nutrition partners shaping the future of food and health;
• Social networking and events connecting students, academics, placement supervisors, and industry professionals.

Who should attend?

Days 1-3 are fully online and open to the public. They are ideal for:

• Dietetic, nutrition, and health students;
• Placement supervisors and industry partners;
• Nutrition professionals working in food service, clinical care, innovation, private practice, community services, and beyond;
• Academic staff;
• Family and friends of our graduating students.

Day 4 concludes with an in-person networking event in both Melbourne and North Sydney, bringing together ACU students, academics, and industry partners to celebrate, connect, and engage with the new gen of dietetics.
