About the presenter

Coralie Ponsinet, a counsellor for Wonderful Mess, admits she was never destined to become a counsellor. She grew up in the French countryside, where no one ever talked about mental health, and went on to live her life thinking you just need to keep going, whatever comes your way. That was until 2017, when she became severely burnt out at work after experiencing workplace bullying and was also a victim of a traffic accident, which led to her developing chronic pain.

Through her passion for the mind, body and soul, and finding the right professional support, Coralie was able to heal and find a path forward: becoming a counsellor to help others who are struggling.
