The disability sector is full of carbon-copy businesses offering the same old services and supports. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Innovative entrepreneurs are tapping into their customers’ experiences to design services and products that go far beyond the stock-standard – and you can too.

By attending this webinar, you will learn how to use valuable insights from customers to develop and test exciting new value propositions for product and service offerings.
