As an entrepreneur, you need to be accounting for the sustainability of essential business resources right from the initial stages of your design. Time, energy, capital, cashflow, materials, knowhow, intellectual property are just a handful of critical components that require your attention.

Attending this webinar will help you prepare a considered financial model for your business, identifying suitable revenue sources and comparing alternative pricing strategies. Led by Verge Collaborative director Nat Ellis and joined by an industry expert, you will be guided through how to incorporate financial and personal sustainability into your business design from the get-go.

Factors that impact your pricing strategy.
How to anticipate and prepare for cashflow challenges.
Key topics: The importance of sustainability, such as time, energy, and finances. Financial modelling – sources of revenue, and start-up and ongoing costs. Pricing strategies and NDIS pricing (revisit). Managing cashflow.
