Melbourne Victory FC host a holiday program for secondary school aged students every school holiday break. These programs are designed to offer a unique and engaging experience, combining football development, life skills workshops, and fun activities in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The programs are run over a fortnight and separated into 3 sub-programs:

  • Leadership - a two-day experience for young people aged 16-18 to develop leadership and employment skills.
  • Girls Only - a two-day pilot designed for young women to learn leadership, life skills, and play football in a safe, female-focused environment.
  • High School - brings together young people aged 12-16 from across all schools in Melbourne for an action-packed week of football, life skills workshops, and exciting incursions and excursions.

The role

Students will support with the delivery of the program. This will include group management, engaging in activities and ensuring there is a safe and welcoming environment for young people to participate in the program.
