For over 35 years Interchange Outer East (IOE) has been delivering disability support that focuses not only on the person with a disability but every family member.

Our fundamental difference from other service providers is that family wellbeing and fun are at the core of everything we do. We’re flexible in our approach, we listen to you and our families and work together to develop services that respond the needs of individuals… and have as much fun as possible along the way.

We pride ourselves on having a pragmatic approach to rules and regulations, a commitment to providing the best possible outcomes and a maxim that ‘everything is possible’.

The role

Provide direct support to children and or young adults (your choice) with disabilities in group-based community settings. As a student you receive our roster of events and you choose which activities suit your interests and availability. Activities range from going swimming and Trampolining, visiting a zoo, participating in sports program, attending a live music gig or going out for dinner; no two activities are the same.

All costs to attend a program (admission costs & transport) are covered by IOE. For camps and getaways accommodation and meals are also covered.
