The role

Support clients to engage in age-appropriate daily activities, including community access, in-home tasks, and employment-related opportunities. Assist clients in participating in community-based activities and outings, under supervision. Participate in lifestyle service planning sessions. Help facilitate social and recreational activities that promote independence, confidence, and community participation for clients.
