Carevan Blacktown serves those battling hardship and disadvantage of all kind; social and financial hardship, loneliness and isolation principal among these.
Carevan provides a free weekly meal service in the Lalor Park Community Centre Hall, ever Tuesday evening. We create a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental setting, run by a team of diligent volunteers. There is no criteria for attendance and all are welcome. The community come together to share a meal, access grocery items, clothing, household goods and much more but most importantly, to connect with each other and with a community that cares for them.
