Vinnies volunteers are men and women of all ages, backgrounds and abilities and all share the common goal of helping those in need. The St Vincent de Paul Society is a lay Catholic organisation, however, we welcome volunteers of all faiths and cultural backgrounds. Our goal is to work together to provide help where it is needed.

It is important to note that all positions within St Vincent de Paul Society, including all volunteer roles, are subject to a Policy Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

This opportunity qualifies for community engagement time release (CETR)

As an ACU staff member, you can apply for up to five days each year to participate in approved community engagement activities that contribute to the common good, address social justice issues in the community, and help those experiencing disadvantage or marginalisation.
