Finding time to work out can be tricky – especially when you’re a busy university student. But we’ve got you covered.
We have gyms and fitness programs to help you stay in tip-top shape. And as an ACU student, you’ll get access to it all for student prices. Classes include boot camp, yoga, boxing and Pilates. And most of them are run on campus, so you can work out before or after your class.

The ACU Sport Gym, Brisbane is located on the ground floor of Building O. Aligned with the Exercise Science department on campus, this gym is decked out in the latest Synergy pin-loaded and functional based weights equipment.
Don’t let its size deceive you, it is packed with everything you need to kick start your training. Our friendly and fully-qualified Gym Instructors are always on hand to help you.
Located on the Lower Ground of the Mary Glowery Building, our newly refurbished facility is kitted with the latest fitness and training equipment.
Featuring a purpose built group fitness studio, functional training equipment, pin-loaded machines and cardio equipment you’ll be able to find your form. Get with the program with our group fitness classes, small group training or why not get some individualised attention with our Exercise Science graduates.

Originally opened to ACUstudents in 2015 as Club Clancy and now officially managed by the Sport, Health & Wellbeing Department, we re-launch in 2018 as ACU Sport Gym, Strathfield.
Our gym is like a fun playground, kitted out with the latest in functional fitness equipment, a full range of free weights and Olympic lifting equipment as well as traditional cardio equipment. You are guaranteed to reach your goals with the help of our qualified Exercise Science graduates.
Life can get stressful, so it’s important you look after your health and wellbeing. But when you’re a busy uni student, it can be hard to find the time.
That’s why our on-campus fitness classes are perfect. Held right where you study, it’s one of the best ways to reduce stress, improve your health, and feel good. You can take yoga, Pilates, strength, self-defence, boxing and more.
All classes run for 50 minutes (excluding Ballarat and Canberra where they are 60 minutes)
Express Circuit is 30 minute classes
No admittance 5 minutes after classes commence due to inadequate warm up
Classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice
All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to classes
