Individual papers have generally been arranged thematically in groups of either two or three in a 90 minute session. Book and thematic panels have generally been allocated their own 90 minute slots.
Please notify the conference organisers of any errors or omissions. A revised schedule will be uploaded in the days prior to the conference.
All delegates are invited to email email@example.com to let us know a session (or two sessions) you would be prepared to chair. Chairs should not normally be amongst those giving a paper in the session. Sessions will be allocated chairs on a "first email, first allocate" basis. In the days leading up to the conference, the organizing committee will take the liberty to allocate chairs for any remaining sessions.
