Law and Business

Law Pro Bono Program

What's unique about our Law Pro Bono Programs is that all students need to complete a minimum of 160 hours of pro bono legal professional work experience.

Students begin their pro bono work in the second year of their law degree.

ACU's pro bono work is primarily focused on giving something back to the community and:

  • offers the opportunity to meet, observe and work with organisations serving the public interest,
  • helps students develop ethical values and responsibility,
  • gives students practical legal work experience.
